Route follows Rte 25 west to Porter. Then south to West Newfield. Then Newfield to Waterboro to East Waterboro and finally returning to Gorham Center. Mix of flat and extra hilly sections. Hey wanted to pass this along if anyone is interested in any off season cross-training. I have been going to a new gym on forest ave (website below). Consists of 1 hour body weight focused excersises. I ran a 50 miler in September and these classes usually hurt more then that did. http://dynamicsfitness.com/
