    Pig on the run!Rodney M, Thu Apr 13 13:35
This pig nearly ruined my prep for London Marathon and Comrades. I guess it's freedom mattered the most at the time. Nearly knocked me out :-) https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=nW6_EIv8jtk

Hi Folks, A work colleague, Richard Sadler, asked if I could post this on his behalf. Richard is a self confessed gadget man hence the number of Garmin and Polar running watches below. I think its safer to say that I'm happy to be back running again after a long lay off with plantar fasciitis and some knee problems. I’ve also learned that it requires equal amounts of energy and efforts to be a spectator similar to that required by you who were running yesterday's cross country. I was exhausted :-).... more
