When we were in Chicago for two weeks we took Hobbes and used a local doggie day care center for him when we were busy with the new baby, etc. He also stayed overnight a couple of times. Don't know if any of you lives or visits Chicago, but I've got to give this day care a five star rating. It is All Star Pet Care,... more

Hobbes got an 'all clear' for Lyme disease today. His liver is excellent, so no apparent damage from the Lyme. He is much better - just like he was never sick. We're going to Chicago for a couple of weeks to await a new grandchild, and we will put him in day care there rather than board him here. We'll see how that... more

I have no idea how many people read this these days, but just wanted to share - hopefully to warn. We found that Hobbes has Lyme disease.
