Hi! I was hoping that someone would be able to explain what the CQN is. The definition is Certificate of Natural Abilities. But what does that mean? What does it test for? Is there a minimum age and what does someone see for qualifications when they see that certificate? Thanks so much!!!

Congratulations to Carlo Escobar now the first US NVBK judge. The consisted of a written and practical exam done by the NVBK commission of judges in Belgium. This is a very big accomplishment. I hope this will have a positive impact on the growth of the Belgian Ring program here in the USA.
