Birch bark paintings — Marilyn Welland, Wed Jan 14 10:22pm
My husband's aunt, Sarah Pallett was a teacher in Chapleau in the 1930s. When she passed away, we found several paintings on birch bark by M. Iserhoff, 1934. Perhaps a Cree artist. We also found a pair of beautiful gloves with quill work on them. Can anybody tell me something about them. Thank you.
