Sooooo!!!! who caught the huge pike that got away last summer? Is there any way to get information on the results of the derby? I loved seeing all the people on the river in front of the web cam. Toooo coool.

I lived in Missanabie from 1958 to 1968, and getting on the "Bud Car" at Missanabie and going to Chapleau to visit and shop "downtown" was wonderful. I would visit with Ernie & Alice Gilbert, Alcid and Bonnie Burnett (Bonnie was my age then) Alcid took my Mom out to the movie house there:). I loved to shop at Chapples ... more

nice to see the web cam as i lived in sultan and was in chapleau many times at the hublit and sports hotel had lots of fun there will try to get up there this summer again it was about 4 years since i been there

Brings back great childhood memories, especially riding the 'bud' car to Sudbury and back, as my father was the train engineer.... more
