THINKING behind those who believe that they have the right... or the DUTY to deny gay marriage... I mean W T F ??? Not a single one of them can or ever has explained to me with the slightest degree of intelligent argument what EXACTLY it is that is 'threatened' by gay marriage... I just shake my head at those who try to tell me and truly believe, no less, that gay marriage undermines 'real marriage'... HOW?

None of them can say... They just know and feel that it does...

and some of these people are people dear to me whom I know as GOOD people... People who harbor NO ill will against gay people... but who honestly believe such utter RUBBISH as gay marriage threatens other people's marriages and can bring down the entire 'institution' of marriage as if there's an OUNCE of sense in their argument...

I mean, while I am in favor of CHOICE on the abortion issue, I can still understand the opposition's position and WHY they feel as they do... I don't agree that they have the RIGHT to impose their beliefs on others, but I GET their opposition has a solid foundation that makes sense... Wrong, but still, it's SENSIBLE...

Ditto with just about all the other major hot button issues of the day... But gay marriage 'hurts' traditional marriage and is bad for society?

MY GAWD, the crazy has taken over their minds... There's just no other explanation why intelligent people turn into morons on that issue...
