If someone does a horrible thing that the public finds disgusting (but it is NOT illegal), should THEY be FORCED to sell their business or home as a result? Sure, if it is boycotted and destroyed as a result, that's HIS problem, but it should be his own choice to do or not do, NOT the choice of the neighborhood watch commander who's decided that he's no longer able to own his property and business... Kick him out of the group, absolutely... don't allow him to attend anything associated with the group... But MAKING him sell his business & property??

Perhaps I just don't understand how the NBA actually works... and if it doesn't work like normal businesses do in that an owner actually OWNS it, well, that's why I find the forcing of the sale to be TOO much...

Have you listened to the tape? It is the craziest thing... It sounds like a set up... and it begins somewhere in the middle of the fight... I wonder if SHE didn't trick him by turning on the sound recorder on her smart phone while they were arguing over the instragram pix on her phone... ?? Maybe to nail or blackmail him? She really sounds like she's egging him on... Maybe he deserves it... but still... isn't recording someone without their knowledge a crime?

It sounded almost REHEARSED to me... but WHY would HE do that? Why SHE'D do it is different... and he sounds like a moron WAY too concerned about what 'other people think'... makes ya wonder if others in his crowd also think like him? or if he's just convinced that they do, but just doesn't really know...
