4.79% of TOTAL spending by the government is HUGE! Instantly it's one of the biggest single items in the budget.

What a perfect example of stupid spending, and a great example of where GOP policy priorities lead to enormous deficits.

Of course, all the bailouts, wars, and stimuli pale in comparison to the Bush tax cuts as causes of our deficit.
