Anonymous is not static, therefore susceptible to devolving. We are in a constant state of evolution with only the will of Anons directing that evolution.

What horrible crime would be next up for attack is entirely up to any individual Anon, and any other Anons who may agree. As an autonomous collective there are no rules and no force of any kind. All Anons are free to act in a manner they deem just, though as a collective we do not support violence. It is not through force but instead the most fundamental concepts of freedom that we direct our ends. Those who resort to violence to achieve their ends simply will not have the help and support of other Anons.

Anyone can be, and in most ways already are, Anonymous.

Our call to arms takes place in the world, not a country. We commonly hold beliefs that are in violation of the laws of some countries, and not in others. Much of what Anons do are not illegal in any nation, for again, each Anon decides his or her own level of involvement. Many simply spread information, data and knowledge they feel no person, government or otherwise, has a right to determine as permissible or not permissible.

I only decide what part I play, and in which operations I deem just.

As a collective we have no interest in trying to browbeat others into supporting us. We simply ask for their support, and if it is not given, we respect and applaud one's right to decide for themselves.
