There is LOTS of evidence of a rape or incest LONG before it becomes apparent the woman is pregnant from the rape. There is no NEED to "save" the aborted fetus (which the law does NOT say it allows), or to carry a fetus to term just to "prove" who did it.

Somehow reality escapes this poster and he keeps making up his own laws as he goes along - even though NOTHING he said is in the article or the LAW itself.
