the fact that a female here would actually call a girl who is drunk a "complicit victim." Only rapists believe that absurdity. Because the victim was drunk is NOT a legal defense - since she would not be capable of making a rational decision in that state.

I just don't understand that distorted thinking, especially in this case. NO woman "asks" to be raped, assaulted and humiliated - either by her appearance or her behavior. It is always 100% the rapist's fault - for the rape. No % belongs to the victim, even if she takes risks - that is not an open invitation to be attacked.
