Subject Perhaps in your peer group

but I can't speak for the kind of people you hung out with if the threat of rape hung over your teenage years.

A group of grown men out drinking together is the same as male and female teenagers sneaking out of the house in the middle of the night to get drunk together?

Well sure they're the same, if there's a brain tumor involved.

Been drinking with my buddies since I was 16. Male and female. Total rapes - nil. So, yeah, no, we're not talking about adults exclusively. Again, not sure about your neighborhood, but personally speaking.

Seriously though, you just said that grown men are the same as teenage girls. That's your argument, that teenage girls and gown men are the same.

No I didn't. And no it isn't :)

My god, don't have kids and never ever under any circumstance become a teacher. That's a truly horrible approach to take with teenagers.

And that counts double for yourself. Please don;t have kids if you're going to raise them to believe that rape can in any way be mitigated because, 'hey, kids, eh?' I mean, we're talking brain tumor territory there.

u can make cracks about rapists wanting people to not come forward, but it doesn't deal with the very issue at hand.

Indeed I can, because sarcastic or not it's a truism. I'm sure a rapist will apply any psychological or physical intimidation they can to prevent a victim from going to the authorities. A perfect example would be if said rape victim had been, for example, underage drinking. And it deals with the very issue at hand.

Sort of like drawing some ridiculous analogy between grown men out drinking together and male and female teenagers sneaking out the house in the middle of the night to get drunk together.

That would be a ridiculous analogy if that were the analogy I had drawn. That analogy, however, was yours, not mine. And it was ridiculous.

You can say these things, but they don't make a lot sense.

Well, you said it, and I agree, you make no sense.
