Kids do NOT rape other kids every Friday and Saturday night. Those boys should be punished severely for what they did. No one has said they should be incarcerated for life BUT they should be required to register as sex offenders for life. THEY did that to themselves - not that young girl. You want to excuse them because they're "kids." Well so is the VICTIM, and she is scarred for life.
