with this out-of-control diatribe of yours, Pikes. Ever since you came on this board you have acted as if you consider yourself to be the supreme container for all knowledge. Those of us who've watched Ubermunch's posts for many years recognize him to be a true intellectual, one who doesn't need to sit comfortably in a particular liberal or conservative camp, but who can argue the good and bad of both. His extensive background in philosophy is well known and was well tested in arguments that used to be posted on these boards regularly with other well-educated philosophy students. What a lot of hot air you enjoy, while lacking the character ever to earn the reputation Ubermunch had long before you appeared. You are at the top of the list, however, among those who are grossly inebriated with the exuberance of their own verbosity.

STOP THE FREAKIN' HYPOCRITICAL WHINING Shadow... If you weren't every single bit as bad as what you're complaining about, then MAYBE it wouldn't be so outrageous & ironic that you'd actually have the nerve to whine about someone dishing up to you the sort of CRAP that you enjoy dishing up to others... Clean up your own act before complaining...

Fact is, ALL of this crap is basically unacceptable in a civil forum... But, free speech and all that jazz applies wherever reasonable... and besides, we don't want to have to babysit and decide how nasty is too nasty every time you or he show up and deliberately bang into one another... But, if you want to & insist upon behaving like an uncivil, nasty person to other people, ya just kinda have to expect that other nasty people will gladly oblige you in return...

You don't like it ? We sure don't... but CHANGE BEGINS WITHIN and it starts with one person...
