Subject College educations @ public universities use to be rather

cheap ($115/semester @ Univ. of Houston in late 1960's). But now our states have no $ for education because they spend so mush on prisons thanks to the Drug War, which is BANKRUPTING OUR STATES, OUR NATION & OUR PEOPLE with an out of control prison culture.
