Point #2) The statistic was on SHOOTINGS, not "crime", proving that if you DID read it (and I don't think you DID), then you have reading comprehension issues.

Point #3) That statistic was correct -- in 2012, 97.1% of SHOOTINGS, not "crimes", in New York City were committed by Blacks and Hispanics, and 2.4% by Whites.
