Had Obama Hussein ordered the employment of such a munition, they'd be commenting about how it resulted in so little collateral damage while inflicting a crippling injury on ISIS.

Oh it could ONLY have caused an IMMENSE amount of collateral damage, while killing maybe ONE Isis soldier, and it HAD TO BE the wrong weapon to use against a tunnel/cave complex, and the damage HAS TO BE easily "cleaned up" and the training facility put back in operation.
