So obviously I'd object to him appointing ANYONE to the Court.
But legally he would be entitled to, if Justice Ginsberg retired. That's how the system works.
It's when an asshat like McConnell games the system that I get pissed off.
ps - I can assure you Ginsberg will be serving past the end of Trump's term, no matter what she has to do...:)
