First, false accusations of sexual assault by women are a tiny minority (2% or less) of the total.

Second, this is simply a female reporter trying to to her job by conducting an interview, the same as a male reporter would. As she pointed out, would anyone assume a male reporter would be a 'gay seducer' or need a chaperone? Of course not. So why would a woman?

It's women who are afraid, legitimately. That's why #metoo EXISTS.
