No, the media doesn't "worship itself." It worships MONEY, the currency of our world, for better or worse. News means ratings means money. Some of the media simply chooses to put an ideological spin on that as well, probably because they think it will make more money.

Sure people believe in Gods. Plural. Many of them, many systems of belief. I don't personally accept systems of belief that include bigotry, sexism, superstition, blind obedience, whatever.

Not claiming those are the RIGHT ones, but they're MINE. Yours are obviously different.
