If you want to relinquish your rights to your kids, that's your choice, but I don't want to relinquish mine, and I dont want you telling me what my rights are and aren't.

None of us have inherent 'rights'. Our rights come about as a result of our willingness to stand up, demand, and fight if necessary, for principles in which we believe.

And, you are wrong ... the current answer is 'Roe v. Wade' ... not "It is her body". Supreme Court decisions have been reversed before ... it could happen again. Many states are beginning to make bold moves contrary to 'Roe v. Wade' ... and it is not a movement backed solely by the 'Religious Right' ... it is a movement backed by reason ... and recognition of the "rights" inherent in the child which are deemed to transcend the selfish rights of either parent.
