Subject Go for it!!! Get the ...

... blue one-ah! Awesome ... the thought of 625 bhp lurking under the hood of an innocent-looking car ... with a composed, yet fiercely competitive driver ... ready to break the hearts of egocentric pricks who have paid $100,000 ... $200,000 ... $300,000 ... even more ... for their Porsches, Lambos and Ferraris. I love it!

My SLK is also one of the best cars MB ever made, structurally ... it is built like a tank, with heavy gauge sheet metal, beautifully-machined metal and enameled metal engine parts (no crap plastic shrouds concealing cost-cutting crap parts), brakes that stop quicker'n a Porsche, built-in roll bars (the black thingies like upside-down Us in rear view picture below), and a clever retractable top, which, when up, forms a coupe with as much structural strength and integrity as a coupe without retractability. There's lots of trunk space when the top is up, and adequate space for weekend getaways with the top down. Sophisticated radio system with 6 CD changer, cassette tape, integrated hands-free telephone, AM/FM/Weatherband Radio, Homelink, auto-dimming mirrors in and out, switchable ASR/DSC ... and nothing you don't need.

This is my actual car:

This is a picture of the engine compartment which I found on the Internet:

Mercedes has been making this same 2.3 litre 4-cylinder cast-iron engine block for as long as I can remember, and it is capable of doing a million miles. Let's see, at an average of 1,300 miles a year ... nope ... that ain' gon'na work for me :) Maybe JuJu and I can be buried in it ... let down the top on nice dark days and take a dirt drive. da Da DA Da da Da DA Da

Speaking of cars, here's a comprehensive montage of what's to come:
