Subject "willingness to accept responsibility"

What a steamin' load of bullshiit! And, coming from the official who should have been trying her best to lock the SOB up for life. How does a drunkard "accept responsibility" for an irresponsible criminal act? Plea bargaining is so corrupt ... "The night before the crash, Stallworth earned a $4.5 million roster bonus from the Browns." ... it makes one wonder how much Ms Rundle was paid under the table, huh?. BTW, he will get a driver's license in Ohio or elsewhere ... no problem-o, and the 2 years of house arrest and 8 years of probation will be swept under the table after the heat dies down. Check back in a month or two. His biggest fear is Obama possibly trying to put a cap on pro athletes' earnings like he's trying to do to everyone else ... 'cept his blue-collar union loyalists.

"Miami-Dade State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle cited Stallworth's lack of previous criminal record, cooperation with police and willingness to accept responsibility as factors in the plea deal. Rundle also said the Reyes family — particularly the victim's 15-year-old daughter — wanted the case resolved to avoid any more pain.

"For all of these reasons, a just resolution of this case has been reached," Rundle said."
