Subject Can't afford that European vacation right now?

Obama's "stimulus" plan still causing you rigor mortis?

Well, you can tour Paris or any other city in the world:

1) Go to http://maps.google.com/

2) Key in "Paris, France" and click "Search Maps".

3) Click the "X" on the white "Address:" box to get rid of it.

4) Click on "Satellite".

5) Click "+" and periodically left-click on the map and pan it to keep the "A" marker in the center. You can also zoom in and out using the mouse wheel - forward to zoom in, backward to zoom out.

6) Zoom down on Quai de la Montebello where it intersects with Rue LaGrange until the scale at the bottom left is 100 feet.

7) Left click on the yellow man and drag him down to the intersection, then release the left mouse button.

8) Pan on the picture until you are heading Northeast, then click the white arrow and proceed to Q dl M if you're not already there. You should be seeing Notre Dame. You can now proceed in any direction on any street where you have a white line with forward and reverse arrows, and you can pan 360o and look up and down.

9) To jump around town, click on the arrow at the top left of the small window, zoom out, click on the yellow man and drag him to where you want to be, then click on the arrow at the top left of the lower screen to shrink it. If you follow the Seine to the left to Quai Branley at Pont d'Lena and drag the man there, you will see the Tour Eiffel.

10) You can click on "Satellite" and turn off/on street name overlays.

11) You can do this in any city, and in many cities you can walk down your street and see your own house ... if you see a strange person sneaking in/out of your house, well ... call a lawyer.

12) See if you can find the Palais du Versailles near Paris ... the nuclear power plants on the West Coast, about 100 miles Northeast of Le Havre near Veulettes-sur-Mer ... the entrance to the Euro-Tunnel near Dover and Calais.

OK, Now, you're on your own ... find bin Laden!
