When someone is an asshole, and you punch them in the face for it, you don't share the blame... You committed assult. Periods. No excuse, no sharing of responsibility.

Because just because someone is an asshole does not EVER justify punching them in the face.


SO, in this case, that the cyclists might have been being assholes, that does NOT mean that the driver is relieved of ANY of his legal responsiblity not to commit vehicular assault.
