It is mandating that a company provide a benefit... that is ALL it is doing....

It is how the COMPANY responds that creates the unintended consequense...

And the company HAS chosen to eliminate ALL benefits as opposed to adding SOME... That is what they DID... you don't like it, but they really don't give a shit about your opinion.

I am simply pointing out that when the GOV'T gets involved in things it often has unintended consequenses... You may not LIKE it. And you may bitch endlessly about it, but it is a FACT.

You are also incapable of grasping that my post says ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about whether or not I approve of the company's actions or not. You falsely ASSUME that the only possible reason that someone would mention this unintneded consequense is bigotry, and then accuse me of bigotry. This is false asshole.

As a matter of fact I do not agree with the company's policy. But I also recognize that I can't change their policy... But I am ALSO intelligent enough to not take actions that would cause FURTHER problems.... like passing a law resulting in MORE people losing their benefits so that someone like you can feel politically righteous.
