... think differently when we run out of gasoline and you have to leave your car by the side of the road, and after the long walk home, you find that your power is off permanently, your phones don't work, and all the fresh foods at the grocery store have rotted, and there's no way to get new deliveries. Oh, and your water goes off ... and you lose your job. You don't even have any seeds, and it's too late in the season to plant anyway.

It's time to grow up and recognize that from time to time, both natural and man-made disasters will occur, but life will go on. Pasty-skinned, white-wine-drinking, sandal-wearing, used-Volvo-driving, limp-wristed, tree-hugging, smug-assed, do-nothing, Obama-Pelosi-Reid-loving, CNN/MSNBC-watching, LA/NYTimes-reading liberals in this country get all shit-faced when a pellican gets oil-soaked, yet they don't give a phlying phuck about hundreds of thousands of humans who die in a tsunami in Banda Aceh ... or the 30 people who died and the thousands of homes and businesses destroyed in the May 1-3 flood here in Nashville ... Obama was too goddam busy playing golf to visit, and CNN/MSNBC were too goddam busy kissing Obama's scrawny, unqualified butt and wringing their hands over that oil-soaked pellican to give it any mention.
