Where do 'grants' and 'scholarships' come from? It's using other people's money ... other people who thought it better to spend their hard-earned money in a caring manner of their own choice instead of letting an irresponsible government confiscate it a and piss it away foolishly.

Not all the kids from well-to-do families can qualify for scholarships, and if the family has the means to pay their own way, they probably should let the scholarship money go to other studends who are financially challenged.

PS - loans have to be paid back.

You are preaching to the choir ... it would be fare more effective for you to write Obama, your Senators and Congresspersons and insist that they stop pissing our money away. The 'deficit' should stop now ... the debt should be retired in 20 years or less.
