You don't seem to understand that we were already dealing with the "consequences" prior to Roe vs Wade. There was no necessity of legal involvement and massive paperwork in the case of spontaneous miscarriages. The law quite simply and manageably defined and dealt with illegal abortions.

Roe vs Wade was just another example of violation of Constitutional Amendment 10 by the United States.
