... that I encountered about the ARC was the handling of Katrina ... but, in all fairness, I don't think anyone did (or even could) handle Katrina "well". Not exactly an everyday occurrence, and nobody was prepared for it.

Some folks here said that ARC admin expenses were excessive, but the facts show that admin + fundraising expenses are 8%, probably the lowest of any charitable organization of any size.

Oh, well, I guess I just go ballistic when folks talk out of their fuzzy arses instead of resorting to readily-available facts.
