Subject The Supreme Court can be ...

... and often is ... the worst enemy of The Constitution of The United States of America.

For example, they are too mamby-pamby to take a once-and-for-all stand on the Second Amendment.

And, they legislate from the bench when it comes to the First Amendment.

I would prefer that you not attempt to talk down to me by saying that I "really 'out' (sic) to pay attention to Supreme Court rulings over the last fifty years". My step-brother has been a US Circuit Court of Appeals Judge for the past 40 years ... I know a little bit about Supreme Court rulings. Furthermore, the word is 'ought' ... not 'out'. You might want to be more careful in expressing yourself ... maybe some spelling lessons are also in order.

Lastly, I don't consider some generic prayer asking for "blessings" on recent graduates as "enforcing religious beliefs" on anyone. The folks who object the most are generally poseur drama queens looking for their 15 minutes of fame.

Just so you know it's a 2-way street, the Court of Appeals struck down the order from the District Court regarding prayer at high school graduation.

Folks, we have bigger fish to fry than getting our panties in a wad over prayer. You'd better be praying that China will give you a nice job when they take over because Obama ain't doin' jacques schidt. LOL
