Subject Do you ever consider ...

... when enough is enough.

You seem to think the government should spend whatever, whenever, wherever, without any restraints.

I don't need your history lesson. It does no good to re-hash how we got here. We are HERE.

Listen to the people: "ENOUGH IS ENOUGH".

The government is like a bunch of little irresponsible kids with daddy's (the peoples') credit card who do not understand when the credit limit is maxed out. It's time for daddy (the people) to take away the kids' (Obama, Reid, Pelosi) credit card until they can learn how to balance their spending with their resources ... not their resources with their spending.

We the People are not interested in hiking taxes to fund a spendthrift government. We the People want to scale back government.

We don't want big brother telling us we can no longer have incandescent light bulbs. We don't want big brother fondling our kids and grandparents at airports. We don't want big brother telling us we must buy health insueance oor be fined. We don't want a President who has to take everything, including the kitchen sink when he makes unnecessary trips to India and the UK. We want to freeze the level of income and force this spendthrift government to live within its means.

Obama is trying to bullshit and scare everyone. There's plenty of money to service the interest on the debt (6.31% of the proposed 2012 federal budget) and preserve our AAA rating. There's plenty of money to honor Social Security payments to our elderly (20.04% of the budget). Take those items off the bargaining table ... they do not belong there. It's all the other bullshit. Government workers are making 50-75% more than the average citizen. Cut government wages. Downsize every department by 20%. Scale down the wars and bring out troops home. Cut foreign aid by 20%. Manage Medicare better... they let hospitals charge Medicare $10,000 for a 30 minute routine fibreoptic checkup of your colon ... that's outrageous. Get rid of 20% of the government agencies and commissions ... especially the Department of Energy, which has never done anything useful in it's existence. Get rid of the Department of Labor ... we don't have a Department of Management, do we? Get rid of HUD. Combine DEA with ATF, and take the A and T out of the ATF ... the states regulate A & T. Just look at the partial list of a countless number of agencies, many of which could be deep-sixed today:
