Obama appeals to the wealthy to voluntarily contribute to his reckless spending programs ... what a laugh! If he is sincere about this, why doesn't he forego his $400K salary and also donate a couple of million to the general fund?

Obama speaks of compromise, but he has done nothing to bring about a compromise. He wants a blank check to spend whatever wherever whenever.
