The "agreement" to which you refer would not hold in court under this circumstance. Furthermore, it is a forced, unilateral agreement without consideration.

BTW, what would have happened if you refused to sign that agreement, or if your parents told you not to sign the agreement? Would they kick you out of school? Or just not let you attend graduation?

I have grandchildren just about ready to enter high school, and their public school system happens to be fairly decent. I will check into the rules here.
