The other DNRs should remain because there is no possibility of intelligent conversation between the parties. "Reasonable Person" fits this category ... I have no idea who this person is ... they just showed up one day and started ankle-biting ... I have nothing to discuss with him/her ... it's just useless clutter on your board.
