Assholes don't need someone blowing warm smoke up thier ass.

The fact is that those who have the motivation to change their lives generally do change their lives. And those who do not have the motivation to change their lives generally do not change thier lives.

And it does not matter if they are black, white, hispanic, or asian. Do you think those dirt poor Chinese folks who come to the US are equally doomed to generational poverty as dirt poor urban Americans of African descent? Of course not. So, in your mind, what is the DIFFERENCE between a kid raised poor in a Chinese family and a kid raised poor in an African American family? To me, the difference is crystal clear. Motivation and drive on the part of the WHOLE FAMILY.

Why do I figure it that way? Because young black kids with motivated families grow and succeed in life just like their white peers with motivated families. And young white kids with useless families fail just like their black peers with useless families.

Motivation isn't based in skin color. But until we, as a society stop EXCUSING people because of thier skin color, the problem cannot be solved.

You do realize the rest of the world LAUGHS at us for creating the concept of "ebonics". A so called 'language' specially created for people who have not been anywhere near Africa in many generations...

Heck, the second generation of Hispanic, Asian, and European immigrants are generally expected to speak correct English... and do.... Why is it that fifth or sixth generation African immigrants are not?
