Hillary and the DNC hired the Perkins Law firm, which hired Steele to concoct the "Trump docier", who then depended on a top FBI official's wife who worked for Fusion GPS to slip the information to Yahoo News, which was then used by McCabe and other FBI officials as an "independent source" to trick the FISA Court into allowing them to spy on the Trump campaign. The spying continued on into the period when Trump was already President. This is a huge crime and Constitutional violation. FBI and DoJ heads are going to roll. It may get Ol' Crooked Hil this time, and possibly even Ol' Crooked BoZoBaMa and Lynch.
