You seem to be talking in circles. Your generalizations about what the Congress and President do with the budget are mostly bullshit. Trump has taken an extremely active role in he budget process.

Obama was stuffing bucks into union pockets for votes while screwing retired teachers just to save a lame-ass car company that will eventually fold anyway ... over half of its lineup has already bitten the dust. The automotive industry is a zero-sum game ... get rid of GM and people buy more Ford and Toyota ... and workers show up at other plants.

And, what was with that crap of Obama giving everyone $250, or whatever it was? I didn't need it, did you? Did it rev-up the economy? No, it was just money pissed away to buy votes ... money for scumbags to buy more drugs.

A friend of mine said vagabonds were showing up at Winter boat shows in Florida, thinking Obama was going to help them buy one. Pathetic.

Meanwhile, Trump just chopped $15 billion out of his budget, and might do more. While it's not a lot, relatively speaking, it's a step in the right direction.
