2. Nikola Tesla's "wireless" Tesla "coil" to distribute electricity.

3. 500+-mile range electric car with 2 minute recharge at thousands of service stations everywhere.

Electric cars have already been "perfected". There have been dozens of electric cars over the past 110 years, and most of them worked … to a degree.

The GM EV-1, available between 1996 and 1999, had a short run … only 2,500 were produced before the project bit the dust:
