Might as well decriminalize pot ... I watched an investigative report last night on CNBC with Trish Regan (now with Bloomberg) about the wide-open pot industry in Mendocino County, CA. They interviewed the top US-DEA official in the area and it would appear that he could care less about enforcing Federal Drug Laws relating to pot. There are retail establishemnts in Mendicino County, Oakland and other communities that openly sell pot to walk-in customers.
