Unless somehow blocked or put on hold, Donald Trump, whose contempt for law, the US Constitution, judges, courts, Department of Justice, FBI etc is relentless and legion, will set tone of the US Supreme Court for a generation by making a second pick to the panel. It is highly possible he may get a third and even a fourth before his presidency expires. While Trumpeons are certainly pleased, can anyone be more pleased than Vladimir Putin? Trump and his administration are a spy's perfect dream.

To allow a man with his degree of legal trouble, and contempt for law, justice, the US Constitution, the Department of Justice, SCOTUS as it is, judges, FBI, and in particular liberal judges and courts, this privilege is simply unthinkable.
