Security Page Problems

There was a place on the security page where we could change the password for our moderators but it has disappeared. How do we change the moderators password which is different from our Main Password now.

On another note when I try to block an ISP (1) after refreshing it still shows the last ISP I blocked and the new one isn't blocked.

      I put the moderator password back in for now. Although, it will be going away soon.
