How Do I Add The Subscribe Link ?

Hi My name is Mike. I operate the 236010 messageboard. I would like to add the link at the very bottom that asks for only an e-mail address to subscribe so that others will receive notices when something new has been posted. I visited the maintenance area that discusses it, but, I still don't understand how to do it. Can someone post the url here that I can copy and add to mine. I would appreciate the help. Thanks, Mike
