We just upgraded to the premium service and I know we can block 6 IPs addresses. However, is there anyway to block people from being on our site ? We are using the feature where you must register with a valid email address to post, but cant just anyone make up an email addy via yahoo/gmail and post on our site ? Is there a way, to approve a new person to our site, before they can actually post ?

If you want to block a specific user, then we have to be able to identify him. We can't identify unregistered users.
