Can't find a specific feature on maintenance

Tamara,

I can't seem to find the feature that you mentioned in your last post about: "place individual users into a moderation queue where they posts need to be preapproved before they are publicly viewable." How do we use that feature and where is it located on our Padlock Maintenance page? To my knowledge, it is not on my paid lease app in the maintenance section anywhere. #220033

                If you want to block a specific user, then we have to be able to identify him. We can't identify unregistered users.
