In the left hand column of the security page, at the bottom, you will see a section that says"
" None Read Reply Post Hold Edit Delete" and a button that says "Add Users". Click Add Users, search
on their name or email address. If they are a registered user, their name will appear in the search. You select the name
and then set the permissions for that name.

              If you want to block a specific user, then we have to be able to identify him. We can't identify unregistered users.
