What if the name you are searching for is not registered, how do you set the permissions for that one?

I did as you instructed and clicked on "add user" then it took me to a password section and then to the search box, but when I entered the email address, it came back with: "That account has not been registered. They can register for an account at http://yourwebapps.com/Accounts/login.cgi"

I want to set permissions on an individual that I want to block and keep from making any posts whatsoever, but this feature doesn't seem to allow me to do that. I'd actually like to keep him from even viewing my forum, how do we set permissions in this situation?

If you want to block a specific user, then we have to be able to identify him. We can't identify unregistered users.
