The notification that went out to our subscribers overnight had a problem with a truncated subject line and a "generic" identifier in the "From" field.
Usually the subject line reads: new articles on Community Announcements Service - City of XYZ (which is the name of our app)
and the "From" field identifies *our* discussion app as the sender with the name of our app.

but had no indication that it was from our discussion app.
and the "From" said: daily update
with no indication it was from us.

Is this a temporary problem?
We have been contacted by some of our subscribers who indicated they almost deleted this as spam since they didn't realize it was from us because of the anonymity of both the "From" and the subject field.
