Thank you. The times are correct but I am still having a problem with posted replies. The WebApps is set so that the first line or so of the replies shows on the site. This is not ahppening any longer and we need to click on the reply ion order to see it. The users have complained that they prefer to see at least the first line of teh post.

If you check the appearance section of the DiscApp, only the first message in the thread will have a line or two of the post. Children in the thread will only show the subject & author.
