Several of my members are having problems logging in. A couple people are and have been with me for many years and one is a brand new registrant.
I have suggested that they clear their cashe, make sure that cookies are allowed, use case sensitive and the same email address and password that they did when originally registered. They can get to the registration/login notice, but then are not allowed entrance after inputting all the information.
What is the trouble? We are all at our wits end. #220033
Can you send me an email at support@yourwebapps.com with an email address where this is happening? Could you also send an email address that isn't receiving the daily update so we can check that too?
